In an effort to stay up to date with building design and construction trends, processes and methods the Monarch Fire Protection District has adopted the 2024 International Building Code (IBC) and the 2024 International Fire Code (IFC) with modifications and updated our Fee Schedule.

The updated Codes and Fees will be in effect July 1, 2025.
