THE NEW BRUSH TRUCK (2228) HAS ARRIVED

Chesterfield, MO-The Monarch Fire Protection District is excited to announce the recent delivery of a new brush truck. The firefighting apparatus is a 2022 Ford F550, 4-wheel drive chassis, equipped with a diesel pump, a 300-gallon water tank, a 13-gallon foam tank, and the appropriate hand tools specific for its intended emergency responses.

The truck is stationed at house 2 on Wild Horse Creek Road near Highway 109 and assigned as 2228. Brush Truck 2228 has pump and roll capabilities, it is designed for off-road access, and poor weather conditions. In addition to the rural specific firefighting capabilities, 2228 will also be equipped with the necessary life-support EMS equipment and staffed with licensed firefighter/paramedics.

2228 is another example of Monarch Fire Protection District making improvements to ensure that we have the ability to respond and mitigate all emergencies.
